Howdy!  I am honored to be your child’s Reading Language Arts teacher this year.  I am from Del Rio, Texas, and have enjoyed living in Midland.  My husband and I are proud Aggie parents and we have two children.

I have taught at Midland Academy since it opened in 1999.  I love the students, parents and staff.  I am blessed to be part of the MACS family.  I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sul Ross State University with a major in English and a minor in Reading.  I am certified to teach English Language Arts, Reading, ESL and GT all in grades 6-12. I have taught 5th grade, middle school and high school English.
